RHS Information Services provides hardware and associated technical support for RHS employees and associates in accordance with the needs of their position within the division.  IS can provide a wide range of hardware, from computing tablets to data servers, based on the needs of our customers.

IS provides support for Dell and Lenovo computer systems within 4 years of original shipping/purchase date, running a windows based operating systems (XP or later, Professional and above).  Other windows based workstation configurations may be supported as determined on a case-by-case basis.

Any Apple branded system will be treated as 'best effort' regarding support.

Hardware specifications may be updated annually, normally before the start of each fiscal year.
