Service Manager

Melanie Parish role is the Services Manager over seeing the Help Desk, Technology Hardware Team, and Access Request (ARF Team) for Residential and Hospitality Service Information Service.

We deploy and support hardware and systems both inside and outside RHS, including Neighborhoods, Women's Resource Center, MSU police, IM sports, and ID office.

Our goal is to provide a single point of contact, our Help Desk Analysts, as the first level of troubleshooting and Tech support in providing everyone quality customer care: reliable technology deployment and support for PC's/laptops, tablets, timeclocks, registers, data readers, surveillance cameras, printers, vending readers, digital signs, and various other devices.
